Parent and Tots

A rewarding water experience for adults with young children. The program introduces infants and toddlers to the joys of water activity, and teaches parents and caregivers how to ensure safety at all times while in, on and around water. Infants begin when they can hold their head up independently, and stay with it until they are ready to move up to Red Cross Swim Preschool, usually at age three.

Red Cross Preschool

Programs for children 2.5 - 5 years. Preschoolers move through levels based on skill evaluation.

Red Cross Swim Kids

Learn to swim program to kids 5 years to 10 levels to ensure that swimmers progress gradually as their maturity, physical strength and skill abilities develop. Each level provides the student with stroke improvement, increasing fitness strength and water safety knowledge

Aqua Adults

Learn to swim at any age, or build confidence and strength to your skill knowledge.

    Beginner 45 min (learn basic skills)
    Intermediate/Advance 60 min (stroke improvement, fitness)

House League

DOLPHIN (45min)- students currently in SK 5-8

WHALE (60min)- students currently in SK 8-10

SHARK (60-90min) - students who have completed SK 10
